It's true. I've made a few mistakes. Maybe you would like to know.
1 I didn't always check the Token Details. I bought an induspayment.com I should have bought induspayments.com
2 I swapped between Tokens and lost Tokens. That wasn't smart. Prices fluctuate, it's much safer to swap when you are gaining Tokens.
3 I've bought when a Token is peaking in value. It's much better to buy when a Token is dipping.
It is smart though to buy a new Token quickly because you can catch the Token low price after it's released or funds are added. Kate called it catching the boat I think.
These Dips won't be around much longer. Not like at Present.

Kate showed me how to claim the Free Tokens on a recent chat.
You click on pending, then select 20 most recent, then select convert to AQUA.
Then I swap for US Gold. It takes a few seconds so why not?

The good thing about this is you can do it with the Tokens you ignored. Though when you are claiming the older ones you might want to ignore the very low value ones.

Here is a guide to adding an asset in Lobstr when you are unable to search for it otherwise.
1- pull up sdexexplorer.com
2- search for Asset Code: NUTRI
3- select the top asset (then repeat all steps for asset #2 later)
4- select Trade
5- select Lobstr
6- a new tab is opened with the Trade page in Lobstr (sign into your account)
7- either make a trade for the asset, or continue…
8- select the search bar of your browser to see the full link to the page
9- change out the word “trade” with “swap”
10- this brigs you to the swap page in Lobstr for the asset where you can also make your purchase
