So you can perhaps buy XLM directly from Lobstr using a credit card. You might need to phone your bank to clear it if they block.

If that doesn't work you can set up Coinbase and add a debit card or credit card then buy XLM in Coinbase and transfer it across.

If you bank transfer into Coinbase you'll need to wait before transferring the XLM

But if you use a debit or credit card you will be able to transfer XLM straight away.

Though if your bank is tricky you might have to phone when they ask you to contact them to clear it
