Your day 154 - question for your journaling

Q1. What am I pretending not to know about myself or my life?
Q2. Am I genuinely happy with the person I am becoming, or am I just becoming who others expect me to be?
Q3. What am I holding onto even though I know it is no longer good for me?
Q4. What part of myself do I hide from others, and why am I afraid of being seen as I truly am?
Q5. Which fear is controlling my decisions more than I want to admit?
Q6. If nobody could judge, reject, or disappoint me, what would I honestly choose for my life?
Q7. What does the version of me I deeply admire have that I need to start giving myself today?

Good after noon ARMIYAAAAA! ๐Ÿ’œ

i know i am little late then usual but here i am . I have quite a few things to talk about today, so fair warning this is going to be a long message. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Grab your coffee, chai, breakfast, or whatever you're having and stay with me. ๐Ÿ’œ
โค22
๐Ÿ’œ First of allโ€ฆ MY DAY IS MADE!

JIN HYUNG CAME LIVE!!! I mean, what better way to start the day?!

Watching him while cooking, trying to make food, reading subtitles, and understanding what he is saying all at the same timeโ€ฆ this is exactly the kind of struggle I live for.

One eye on the food, one eye on the screen, my brain trying to translate the subtitles, and my heart just sitting there like, โ€œYep, Iโ€™m at peace.โ€ ๐Ÿ’œBut honestly, watching him live felt so peaceful. Sometimes you don't even realise how much you needed a small moment like that until it happens.

So yesโ€ฆ My day is already made. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ
โค23๐Ÿ‘1
Now, coming to our Purple Mahulla familyโ€ฆ

I want to say something to every single person who participated in the challenge.

I know many of you had to withdraw after a few days because of situations at home or things happening in your personal lives. Some of you struggled but still didn't give up, while some of you continued despite having your own battles going on.

And honestly? I AM SO PROUD OF YOU. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ

Not just because you participated. I'm proud because you chose to do something for yourself. You tried something new. You pushed yourself. You gave yourself an opportunity to improve, even when you didn't know what the outcome would be.

We often say: "This isn't happeningโ€ฆ that isn't workingโ€ฆ I don't know if I'll get a good resultโ€ฆ" but we sometimes forget one very simple thing: A good outcome needs a good input.

You cannot expect your tomorrow to become better if you don't change anything about your today. If we're doing exactly the same things today that we were doing yesterday, then how can we expect tomorrow to be different?

And I'm not saying you need to completely change your life overnight. Even a tiny improvement counts. One step. One attempt. One new habit. One thing you did today that your future self will thank you for.

So to everyone who participated A BIG VIRTUAL HUG TO YOU ALL. ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’œ Whether you completed the challenge or had to stop midway, you still showed up. And that matters.
โค29
And nowโ€ฆ MY MONITORS

I
read the messages in the monitor group, and there is one thing I genuinely want to say to all of you :I AM PROUD OF YOU

Every monitor had their own challenges going on Everyone has a life outside Purple Mahullaโ€”personal problems, work, studies, family responsibilities, their own struggles and yet, you continued doing your responsibilities as a monitor

You guided your teams. You worked on your own challenges. You kept everyone updated. You submitted things on time. You answered people. You took responsibility and you did all of that without making excuses or letting your real-life responsibilities stop you from supporting your team. That deserves appreciation

And you know what made me even happier ?While watching all of you, I genuinely saw little pieces of Bangtan in each of you.Someone had their patience.Someone had their discipline.Someone had their sense of responsibility.Someone kept encouraging others.Someone quietly worked behind the scenes.Someone kept going even when things weren't easy

And that's why I felt so proud looking at my monitors .Kudos to you, my beautiful monitor babies. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ
โค25
And how can I NOT appreciate our caretakers?

Riya and Sami ๐Ÿ’œMy pro babies.

You both have your own lives college, jobs, personal responsibilities, your own problems and yet you continue to be there whenever someone needs you. Updating sheets. Taking care of monitors. Helping people. Keeping things organised.

Handling all those tiny details that most people don't even notice and honestly, whenever someone I've known for a long time continues to take their responsibilities seriously instead of taking them for granted, it makes me extra proud. You both have done exactly that because of you both i don't have to worry about many things , as i know you are there.

So yes I'm extra proud of you two. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ

And honestly, I'm proud of this entire family. Every single member of Purple Mahulla I PURPLE YOU. ๐Ÿ’œ
โค25
About the resultsโ€ฆ I know many of you are probably waiting for the results.

Don't worry, I will announce them! but because we have a new project launching and things at the office are going to be SUPER hectic until 15th August, I need a little time.

I'll announce the results before that, but exactly when? I'll tell you very soon. So please have a little patience, babies. ๐Ÿ’œ
โค23
And before I end this VERY long messageโ€ฆ

I want to share something with you all. I have a baby from Boraland. ๐Ÿ’œ

She had been feeling quite low for the last few days because things weren't happening the way she wanted them to. She's studying while also looking for a job, and because she was trying to manage both at the same time, she felt like she wasn't able to do either one properly and I told her something that I also want to tell all of you.

If you're trying to handle two things at the same time and both are becoming difficult to manage, it's okay to pause and prioritise one. Choose what needs your attention the most right now. Focus on it properly. Give it your best. Then move towards the next thing. You don't have to win every battle at the same time.

She also told me that she had recently gone for a job at a school and given a demo, but it didn't go the way she had expected. Unfortunately, that one experience started creating fear in her mind. She started thinking: "Maybe I'm not good enough." "Maybe I can't do this." "Maybe I won't be able to get through it."

And I know many of you might have experienced something similar. So if you're going through something like this, please listen to me carefully.

One bad experience does NOT define your entire life. Think about everything you've done before that moment. You've survived difficult days. You've learned new things. You've overcome other problems. You've grown. So why should one experience suddenly become the definition of who you are?

And I asked her something very simple:"What if your own child went through exactly what you're going through right now?"

Would you tell them: "You're useless.""You can't do this."You'll never succeed." Of course not. You would hold them. You would comfort them. You would tell them it's okay. You would remind them that one failure doesn't define them. You would tell them to try again. You would give them hope. Then why don't we treat ourselves with the same kindness?

Treat yourself like you would treat your own child. Be patient with yourself. Talk to yourself kindly and if confidence is something you're struggling with, work on it. Stand in front of a mirror and talk to yourself. Look into your own eyes while speaking. Record yourself. Watch your body language. Practice answering questions. Sit in your room and pretend someone is interviewing you. Practice until your brain stops treating the situation like something terrifying.

Because confidence isn't always something you magically wake up with. Sometimes, you build it.
โค22๐Ÿ˜ญ2
And let me tell you something about myselfโ€ฆ

You might see me as a confident person now, but I wasn't always like this. I've always participated in cultural functions and things like that, but speaking on stage was a completely different story.

I still remember being in 12th grade when I was nominated as Miss Farewell, and I completely went blank on stage. That fear stayed with me. Then college happened. There was a Freshers' event, and I knew one thing very clearly: Stage speaking was my weakness. So I thought: "Okay, if this is my weakness, then I need to work on it." and I did and eventually, I became Miss Freshers.

Later, I worked at an event company where I could comfortably handle clients and communicate with people but when it came to standing on a stage and speaking? There was still a part of me that wanted to disappear. I remember once actually making a work excuse and escaping from a situation where I had to speak on stage but slowly, I worked on myself.

And recently, you saw me speaking in front of media people. Did I feel nervous? YES. Was I scared? YES but I did it anyway because I learned something: You don't have to wait for fear to disappear before you do something. Sometimes, you just have to do it while you're scared.

And honestly, Bangtan is one of the biggest examples of this. We've seen them grow through different phases of their lives and careers. We've seen moments when they were nervous, uncertain, overwhelmed, or stepping into something unfamiliar but they kept learning.

They kept showing up. They kept pushing themselves and look at them now. So instead of being scared of your fear, fight through your fear. Don't let one bad experience convince you that you can't do something. Maybe you weren't ready that day. Maybe you needed more practice. Maybe you needed more confidence. That's okay.

Learn. Improve. Try again.

Because life is basically a collection of challenges. One challenge ends today, and another one might come tomorrow and that's not necessarily a bad thing. That's life.

And I genuinely believe that the universe doesn't give us challenges just to break us. Sometimes, those challenges are there to show us how much stronger we can become. So if you're struggling with something right now Don't give up on yourself.

Take a breath. Take a step back if you need to. Start again and most importantly KEEP HOPE. ๐Ÿ’œ
โค22๐Ÿ˜ญ4๐Ÿ˜ข1
Okayyy, I think I have officially written an entire book now.

So before I disappear Take care of yourself. Eat properly. Drink water. Do something that makes you smile. Hug someone you love and don't be too hard on yourself.

You are still growing. You are still learning. You are still becoming the person you're meant to be and your future self is going to be SO proud that you didn't give up today. ๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’œ Have a beautiful, peaceful and productive day, ARMIYAAAAA! ๐Ÿ’œ

I PURPLE YOU ALL SO MUCH. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’œ
โค37
GOOD MORNING, ARMIYAAAAA! ๐Ÿ’œ

Rise and shine, my lovelies! Wake up, smile, and please be happy from your heart today. ๐Ÿ’œ

First of allโ€ฆ TAEKOOK CAME LIVE!!! ๐Ÿ’œ and we got so many updates too! I only managed to watch half of the live, but honestly, Iโ€™m just happy that I got to see them. ๐Ÿฅน

Thereโ€™s something about a morning live and a late-night live that just hits differently. Maybe itโ€™s because those random little moments feel so personal and comforting. Youโ€™re just there, starting or ending your day with them, and suddenly everything feels a little better. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ
โค23
Now, something I want you all to rememberโ€ฆ

You know what I genuinely believe? When you keep working honestly and consistently towards something, the universe eventually finds a way to give you what you deserve.

Maybe not exactly when you want it. Maybe not exactly in the form you imagined but if your intentions are right, your heart is in the right place, and youโ€™re genuinely giving your 100%โ€ฆ

KEEP GOING and this actually reminds me so much of Bangtan.

Think about where they started. They didn't have everything handed to them. They had dreams, but they also had doubts, struggles, criticism, uncertainty, and so many moments where things could have gone differently but they kept working. They kept believing in what they were doing.

And more importantly, they kept their intentions. They weren't just chasing success for the sake of being successful. They wanted to make music, connect with people, tell their stories, and create something meaningful and look at them now. The same people who once had to fight to be heard are now standing on some of the biggest stages in the world. The universe didn't give them everything overnight. It gave them results for years of effort, patience, intention and consistency.

So if you're working towards something right now and wondering, โ€œWhen will I finally get my turn?โ€ Please don't stop. Keep working. Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep your intentions clean.

One day, you'll look back and realise that all those days when you thought โ€œnothing is happeningโ€ were actually preparing you for the moment when everything finally started making sense.
โค21
And now, a small but important reminder

I
actually ended up working from home today because Iโ€™m dealing with an infection, and I want to share this because please, please be careful when you're using public washrooms .I'm not saying this to scare anyone, and using a public washroom doesn't automatically mean you'll get an infection. But hygiene really does matter

If you're using a public toilet

โ€ข Try not to let your skin come into direct contact with the toilet seat
โ€ข Keep your personal hygiene products with you whenever possible
โ€ข Don't use harsh or heavily scented intimate washes
โ€ข Stay hydrated and don't keep holding your pee for long periods
โ€ข And please don't ignore symptoms like burning while urinating, unusual urgency/frequency, itching, pain, or unusual discharge

Iโ€™m currently dealing with the uncomfortable part of it myself, so trust me when I say take care of yourself before your body forces you to slow down.
โค20
Take care of yourself today. Work hard, but don't forget to breathe. Dream big, but don't forget to enjoy the little things happening right now and if you're currently waiting for something you've been working really hard for, don't lose hope just because you can't see the result yet.

Sometimes the universe is simply taking its time putting everything together. ๐Ÿ’œ

Now go have a beautiful day, eat something good, drink enough water, smile a little extra, and remember Your current situation is not your final destination.

Keep going, ARMIYAAAA. ๐Ÿ’œ BORAHAEEEEEE! ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸปHAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY! ๐Ÿ’œ

Your day 155 - question for your journaling

Q1.
What is one small thing that made you genuinely happy recently?
Q2. When was the last time you felt completely like yourself?
Q3. Are you waiting for something to happen before you allow yourself to be happy?
Q4. What are three things in your life that you often take for granted but are actually blessings?
Q5. What does a โ€œhappy lifeโ€ actually mean to you?
Q6. Which people, places, or activities bring out the happiest version of you?
Q7. If your future self could give you one piece of advice about happiness, what would they say?
โค13
Good morning, Armiyaaa! ๐Ÿ’œRise and shine, and please be happy by heart

I was reading a little story this morning and it stayed with me, so I thought, why not share it with my people too?

There was once a man who planted a small tree in his backyard. Every day, he watered it, took care of it, and waited for it to grow. But months passed, and nothing seemed to happen. He started thinking, โ€œMaybe all this effort is useless.โ€

One day, he almost decided to stop caring for it. But before giving up, he noticed something when he looked closely at the soil, the roots had been growing quietly underneath. He couldn't see the progress, but that didn't mean there was no progress and eventually, those roots became strong enough for the tree to grow above the ground.

The moral? Sometimes we get frustrated because we can't see the results of our efforts. We think we're stuck, we're getting nowhere, or maybe we're not doing enough.

But maybeโ€ฆ you're simply in your root-growing phase. Not everything beautiful happens where people can see it. Sometimes you're growing silently, learning, healing, becoming stronger and preparing yourself for the life you've been wishing for.

So if today you feel like nothing is changing, please don't give up on yourself. Keep watering your little tree. Keep showing up. Keep trying. Your roots are growing too. ๐Ÿ’œ

And remember, Armiyaaa slow progress is still progress. You don't have to have everything figured out today. Just don't stop becoming the person your future self will be proud of.

Now go make today a little brighter, smile a little more, and be gentle with yourself. ๐Ÿ’œ

Have a beautiful day, my borafamily! Borahae always. ๐Ÿ’œ
โค29
Good morning, ARMIYAAA! Rise and shine, and be happy by heart! ๐Ÿ’œ

Tomorrow is going to be a VERY hectic day for me because itโ€™s Independence Day and weโ€™re also launching a new project at the office, so Iโ€™ll be there from morning till late evening. Just giving you a little heads-up in advance because I might disappear for the day!

But before tomorrow gets crazy, I really want to say this from my heart โ€” Sare Jahan Se Accha, Hindustan Hamara. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ’œ

I love my country so, so much. Of course, there are things that frustrate us. People can be bad, politics can be messy, governments can make mistakes, and there will always be things we wish were different. But none of that can make me stop loving the country I call home. India has its own kind of beauty โ€” our languages, cultures, food, festivals, diversity, history, the people who keep this country moving, and most importantly, the soldiers who stand at our borders so we can live our everyday lives peacefully.๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ

No matter what happens, I will always proudly say โ€” SARE JAHAN SE ACCHA, HINDUSTAN HAMARA. And yes, I am a proud Indian. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ
โค21
And you know what makes this Independence Day even more special for us ?

Bangtan taught me something about loving your home too. ๐Ÿ’œ

No matter how they were treated at times, no matter what happened around them, they never stopped being proud of where they came from. They proudly spoke their language, carried their culture with them and introduced Korea to the world without ever trying to hide where they belonged and I absolutely LOVE that about them. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ

And the cutest little coincidence? India and South Korea celebrate their Independence Days on the same date โ€” 15th August. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท

So tomorrow, while Iโ€™m busy running around at work, I hope you all celebrate in your own little way too.
โค20
But this year, Team Namaste Bangtan is doing something a little different. ๐Ÿ’œ

Weโ€™re not doing a traditional donation drive this time. Instead, we want everyone to simply give a little and make a difference. You don't need a big donation. You don't even need money.

Give away clothes you no longer use.
Feed someone who needs a meal.
Help an animal.
Give away books or stationery.
Offer water or essentials to someone who needs them.
Give something useful to someone who genuinely needs it.
Or simply find your own little way to help.

One small act of kindness is enough. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ

And if you do something, capture that little moment and tag Team Namaste Bangtan. Let's fill this Independence Day with kindness instead of just wishes. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ’œ

Because freedom isn't only about celebrating what we have. It is also about remembering that we have the freedom to make someone else's day a little better and before I disappear into tomorrow's office chaos, let me leave you with today's little life lesson:

You don't always need to do something huge to make a difference. Sometimes, the smallest thing done with the right heart can mean the most to someone.๐Ÿ’œ So go out there, be kind, help someone if you can, make yourself proud, and most importantly celebrate the Indian in you. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณโœจ

Have a beautiful Independence Day tomorrow, ARMIYAAA!
Keep smiling, keep spreading love, and have the most amazing day. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’œ

Q10. What is one small thing in your everyday life that you don't appreciate enough?
โค18
Good afternoon ARMIYAAAAAA ๐Ÿ’œ

So... I honestly don't know what to say today or even where to start my message. I think the people who need to understand will understand, so I'll just say this.

BTS IS BTS because all 7 members give their 100%.

Not because one member thinks, โ€œEveryone else is giving their 100%, so even if I don't, it will be okay.โ€ Every single member is a legend in themselves, and we all know why. They give their best. No matter how many times they were sick, no matter what situations they had to go through, no matter how difficult things became... one thing I have never seen them do is make excuses.

They never said, โ€œI couldn't do it because of this.โ€

Because when something truly matters to you, you do whatever you can to make it happen and I genuinely believe Team Namaste Bangtan was made because of every single member. ๐Ÿ’œ

I hate when everyone comes together at the time of an achievement saying, โ€œYES, WE DID IT!โ€ โ€œSo proud to be a part of this team!โ€ and celebrating the result, but forgets that a team is built through the little efforts made before that achievement.

I'm not saying anyone should leave everything else in their life and dedicate all their time to TNB. Everyone has their own work, responsibilities, problems and priorities, and I completely understand that.

But if we have chosen to be a part of a team, can we at least sincerely play the role we've taken? That's something we can do, right? It doesn't have to be the biggest contribution. It doesn't have to be perfect. Sometimes, being a team member simply means showing up and doing your part.

Because TNB isn't made by one person. It isn't made by a few people.TNB is made by every single one of us. ๐Ÿ’œand I just want us to remember that the pride we feel when we say, โ€œI AM A PART OF TEAM NAMASTE BANGTANโ€ also comes with a little responsibility. Let's give this team the same sincerity that we proudly expect from ourselves as ARMY.

That's all I wanted to say today. The people who need to understand will understand. ๐Ÿ’œ

Have a beautiful sunday ๐Ÿ’œ
