Good Morning, ARMIYAA! 💜

Rise and shine! I hope today brings you genuine happiness the kind that comes from your heart, not just your surroundings.

I absolutely love Jaipur during the rainy season. The weather is so beautiful that it honestly makes me want to skip the office and just enjoy the rain. But... if I'm being completely honest, my heart is somewhere else today. MY ARMY HEART IS SCREAMING. 😭💜

I just want to be at home, watching my boys perform. The FOMO is real, and every new clip that appears online makes me want to throw my phone away and watch everything at once. Do I wish I could spend the whole day watching BTS? Absolutely.

But at the same time, I'm not complaining. I'm grateful that I have a job, food on my table, and the opportunity to build a life of my own because of my work. Being an adult means understanding that responsibilities don't disappear just because our hearts want something else.

Sometimes being an ARMY means cheering for them from wherever we are, and being an adult means fulfilling our responsibilities first. Both can exist together. The concert will end, but our love for them won't. So today, we'll finish our work, come back home, and then scream, cry, laugh, replay every clip a hundred times, and enjoy every moment together. 💜

Now, another important thing...

15th August is just around the corner a very special day for every Indian. As Indians, and as Team Namaste Bangtan, we're planning something meaningful for Independence Day.

And the best part? Every single one of you can participate. This time, you don't need to donate money or buy anything. It's something simple, meaningful, and something we can all do together. I'll reveal everything later today, so stay tuned! 🇮🇳💜

Lastly, I wanted to talk about the ongoing student protest in Jharkhand. From the videos and updates I've seen so far, it appears to be a student-led protest where many students are raising their concerns peacefully. I genuinely hope it continues to remain peaceful because every democratic society should have space for people to express their concerns respectfully.

At the same time, I want to say something to everyone not just about this protest, but about every issue we discuss online. During the last major protest, many people were quick to choose sides without understanding the complete picture. This time, let's do better. Before supporting or criticizing anything, take a moment to learn the facts from reliable sources, understand why people are protesting, and then form your opinion.

As responsible citizens, our voices matter. But our voices become even more powerful when they're informed, respectful, and based on facts rather than emotions or social media trends. Let's choose awareness over assumptions, kindness over hatred, and peaceful dialogue over division.

Have a wonderful day, everyone. Stay safe, stay informed, and spread positivity wherever you go. 💜

Good morning, ARMYAAAAA Rise and shine, and be happy from your heart today!

You know, there are two things I recently realized again. I think I already knew them somewhere deep down but sometimes you experience something and it makes the lesson feel completely different.

First — I’ve realised how many different things I’m actually handling at the moment at work. In some areas, I’m leading; in some, I’m managing things independently; and in some, I’m basically the bridge between the company and a particular team.

And honestly, with almost every team, things are going smoothly. Communication is good, people understand things, we discuss problems, find solutions and move forward but there’s one particular team where things have been very different. Professionalism has been an issue, mistakes weren’t being accepted, and instead of taking responsibility, the blame was constantly being shifted to someone else.

Recently, because of that, a lot of things started getting delayed. Work wasn’t being completed on time, and the excuse would be that it was delayed because of me or because of our team and my approach has always been — let’s not waste time on a blame game. Let’s figure out what went wrong and how we can fix it.

Whenever there was a mistake, I would still try to speak calmly and respectfully. I would explain things, understand where the problem happened, and discuss how we could avoid it next time but somewhere along the way, my softness was mistaken for weakness.

The work started getting delayed even more, and the blame game became stronger and then… the water finally went over my head. I had to put my softness aside for a moment and sit down with every single point — when something was said, who said it, when it was communicated, what was supposed to happen, what actually happened, and exactly where the delay occurred and suddenly… everything became very clear. There wasn’t much left to blame after the facts were on the table.

And honestly, it taught me something important: Sometimes, being kind is necessary. Sometimes, being patient is necessary. But sometimes, you also have to make people understand you in the language they are choosing to communicate in.

Being soft doesn’t mean you are weak. Being understanding doesn’t mean people can take you for granted and being calm doesn’t mean you won’t stand your ground. Sometimes, you have to remind people where the boundary is.
28
And the second thing I realised is this:

If you don’t change and grow with time, you will eventually fall behind — even if you are standing in the same place.

Improvement is necessary in everything in work, relationships, communication, mindset, knowledge, everything. The person you were five years ago cannot be the same person you are today. You should know more. Understand more. Handle things better. Think differently and most importantly, you should be able to look back and say, “I’ve grown.”

Change can feel uncomfortable, but staying exactly the same while the world around you keeps moving is even more dangerous. So maybe growing up isn’t about becoming a completely different person. Maybe it’s about becoming a better version of the person you already are. 💜

Anywayyyy, enough of my morning philosophy. 😂 Take care of yourself, keep growing, keep learning, and please don’t let anyone mistake your kindness for weakness. 💜

Have a really, really nice day!
29
This 15th August, we’re not asking you to give more. We’re simply asking you to share what you can. 💜

A little kindness from one person can become a beautiful chain when hundreds of people join in. So wherever you are, find someone or an animal who could use a little help and do something for them. It could be something small, something simple, or something you’ve never thought of as a “donation” before. What matters is the intention behind it. 🫶🏻

And when you do, tag Team Namaste Bangtan and let us see how ARMYs are celebrating Independence Day in their own way. 🇮🇳💜 One day. One act of kindness. Thousands of little reasons to smile.

Let's make this 15th August count.

Good morning, ARMYaaa Rise and shine, and I hope you wake up today with a happy heart.

Honestly, being an ARMY is one of the most beautiful things that could ever happen to someone. Sometimes I genuinely feel like the universe has its own little way of reminding us that we are exactly where we are meant to be. Whenever something is going on in our hearts when we are confused, overthinking, looking for answers, or simply going through something we don't know how to explain somehow, one of the BTS members appears. Maybe it's a LIVE, a story, an interview, an old video, a song, or even just a few words that reach us at exactly the right moment.

And somehow, the things they say end up answering questions we didn't even know how to ask. 🥹💜 It's more than just being a fan. Sometimes it genuinely feels like a little blessing from the universe saying, “Here, this is what you needed to hear.”
27
I hope you all have read about what we, as Team Namaste Bangtan, are doing on 15th August. 💜

What we are trying to create isn't just an event or an activity. It's our little way of putting our love, respect, gratitude and faith into something meaningful. We want to show what happens when ARMYs come together with pure intentions, discipline, love and a heart that truly wants to do something good and I genuinely hope you feel proud to be a part of this beautiful family. 🫶🏻

Before I end this message, I want to leave you with a little reminder: “Kisi bhi cheez ko shiddat se chaho, toh kaynaat sach mein aapse milane ki saazish karti hai.”

All you have to do is stay consistent, keep working, don't doubt yourself, and most importantly, keep your intentions pure.

You never know what is quietly falling into place behind the scenes. Sometimes the universe is already working on your dream you just have to keep walking towards it. 💜

So keep going, have a beautiful day ahead armiyaaaa Borahae. 💜

Good morning, ARMYAAAA
Rise and shine, and I hope you’re always happy not just on the outside, but truly happy at heart. 🫶🏻

So, our challenge officially came to an end! 💜 I really hope you all had a great time doing these challenges and that somewhere between all the tasks, you also made some beautiful little memories for yourself.

There’s a post up asking which challenge was your favourite, so make sure you drop a comment and tell us which one you enjoyed the most, how you felt while doing the challenges, and what your overall experience was like. I’d genuinely love to read all your answers.

The last few days have been super hectic, which is why I wasn’t very active in Mahulla or with the admins. But I’m going through everything today. I know it’s Monday and today is going to be another busy day, but honestly, I’ve been missing you all! 🥺 So I’ll check everything properly and will also let you know when the results will be announced.
21
And before you go, I read something in my book this morning that I really wanted to share with you all:

“Life doesn’t always happen the way we want it to, and not every chapter will make sense while we’re living it. Some days will feel like progress, while others will feel like you’re standing still. But remember—just because you cannot see the change doesn’t mean you aren’t growing.

Be patient with yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out today. Keep moving, keep learning, keep becoming. One day, you’ll look back and realise that even the moments you thought were taking you nowhere were quietly taking you exactly where you needed to be.”

So, whatever you’re going through today, don’t be too hard on yourself. Take things one day at a time, trust your journey, and remember that you’re doing better than you think. 💜

Have a beautiful Monday, ARMY!Eat well, stay hydrated, take care of yourself, and keep smiling. 💜

Borahae! 💜

Your day 154 - question for your journaling

Q1. What am I pretending not to know about myself or my life?
Q2. Am I genuinely happy with the person I am becoming, or am I just becoming who others expect me to be?
Q3. What am I holding onto even though I know it is no longer good for me?
Q4. What part of myself do I hide from others, and why am I afraid of being seen as I truly am?
Q5. Which fear is controlling my decisions more than I want to admit?
Q6. If nobody could judge, reject, or disappoint me, what would I honestly choose for my life?
Q7. What does the version of me I deeply admire have that I need to start giving myself today?

Good after noon ARMIYAAAAA! 💜

i know i am little late then usual but here i am . I have quite a few things to talk about today, so fair warning this is going to be a long message. 😂 Grab your coffee, chai, breakfast, or whatever you're having and stay with me. 💜

💜 First of all… MY DAY IS MADE!

JIN HYUNG CAME LIVE!!! I mean, what better way to start the day?!

Watching him while cooking, trying to make food, reading subtitles, and understanding what he is saying all at the same time… this is exactly the kind of struggle I live for.

One eye on the food, one eye on the screen, my brain trying to translate the subtitles, and my heart just sitting there like, “Yep, I’m at peace.” 💜But honestly, watching him live felt so peaceful. Sometimes you don't even realise how much you needed a small moment like that until it happens.

So yes… My day is already made. 🥹💜

Now, coming to our Purple Mahulla family…

I want to say something to every single person who participated in the challenge.

I know many of you had to withdraw after a few days because of situations at home or things happening in your personal lives. Some of you struggled but still didn't give up, while some of you continued despite having your own battles going on.

And honestly? I AM SO PROUD OF YOU. 🥹💜

Not just because you participated. I'm proud because you chose to do something for yourself. You tried something new. You pushed yourself. You gave yourself an opportunity to improve, even when you didn't know what the outcome would be.

We often say: "This isn't happening… that isn't working… I don't know if I'll get a good result…" but we sometimes forget one very simple thing: A good outcome needs a good input.

You cannot expect your tomorrow to become better if you don't change anything about your today. If we're doing exactly the same things today that we were doing yesterday, then how can we expect tomorrow to be different?

And I'm not saying you need to completely change your life overnight. Even a tiny improvement counts. One step. One attempt. One new habit. One thing you did today that your future self will thank you for.

So to everyone who participated A BIG VIRTUAL HUG TO YOU ALL. 🫂💜 Whether you completed the challenge or had to stop midway, you still showed up. And that matters.
29
And now… MY MONITORS

I
read the messages in the monitor group, and there is one thing I genuinely want to say to all of you :I AM PROUD OF YOU

Every monitor had their own challenges going on Everyone has a life outside Purple Mahulla—personal problems, work, studies, family responsibilities, their own struggles and yet, you continued doing your responsibilities as a monitor

You guided your teams. You worked on your own challenges. You kept everyone updated. You submitted things on time. You answered people. You took responsibility and you did all of that without making excuses or letting your real-life responsibilities stop you from supporting your team. That deserves appreciation

And you know what made me even happier ?While watching all of you, I genuinely saw little pieces of Bangtan in each of you.Someone had their patience.Someone had their discipline.Someone had their sense of responsibility.Someone kept encouraging others.Someone quietly worked behind the scenes.Someone kept going even when things weren't easy

And that's why I felt so proud looking at my monitors .Kudos to you, my beautiful monitor babies. 🥹💜
25
And how can I NOT appreciate our caretakers?

Riya and Sami 💜My pro babies.

You both have your own lives college, jobs, personal responsibilities, your own problems and yet you continue to be there whenever someone needs you. Updating sheets. Taking care of monitors. Helping people. Keeping things organised.

Handling all those tiny details that most people don't even notice and honestly, whenever someone I've known for a long time continues to take their responsibilities seriously instead of taking them for granted, it makes me extra proud. You both have done exactly that because of you both i don't have to worry about many things , as i know you are there.

So yes I'm extra proud of you two. 🥹💜

And honestly, I'm proud of this entire family. Every single member of Purple Mahulla I PURPLE YOU. 💜
25
About the results… I know many of you are probably waiting for the results.

Don't worry, I will announce them! but because we have a new project launching and things at the office are going to be SUPER hectic until 15th August, I need a little time.

I'll announce the results before that, but exactly when? I'll tell you very soon. So please have a little patience, babies. 💜
23
And before I end this VERY long message…

I want to share something with you all. I have a baby from Boraland. 💜

She had been feeling quite low for the last few days because things weren't happening the way she wanted them to. She's studying while also looking for a job, and because she was trying to manage both at the same time, she felt like she wasn't able to do either one properly and I told her something that I also want to tell all of you.

If you're trying to handle two things at the same time and both are becoming difficult to manage, it's okay to pause and prioritise one. Choose what needs your attention the most right now. Focus on it properly. Give it your best. Then move towards the next thing. You don't have to win every battle at the same time.

She also told me that she had recently gone for a job at a school and given a demo, but it didn't go the way she had expected. Unfortunately, that one experience started creating fear in her mind. She started thinking: "Maybe I'm not good enough." "Maybe I can't do this." "Maybe I won't be able to get through it."

And I know many of you might have experienced something similar. So if you're going through something like this, please listen to me carefully.

One bad experience does NOT define your entire life. Think about everything you've done before that moment. You've survived difficult days. You've learned new things. You've overcome other problems. You've grown. So why should one experience suddenly become the definition of who you are?

And I asked her something very simple:"What if your own child went through exactly what you're going through right now?"

Would you tell them: "You're useless.""You can't do this."You'll never succeed." Of course not. You would hold them. You would comfort them. You would tell them it's okay. You would remind them that one failure doesn't define them. You would tell them to try again. You would give them hope. Then why don't we treat ourselves with the same kindness?

Treat yourself like you would treat your own child. Be patient with yourself. Talk to yourself kindly and if confidence is something you're struggling with, work on it. Stand in front of a mirror and talk to yourself. Look into your own eyes while speaking. Record yourself. Watch your body language. Practice answering questions. Sit in your room and pretend someone is interviewing you. Practice until your brain stops treating the situation like something terrifying.

Because confidence isn't always something you magically wake up with. Sometimes, you build it.
22😭2
And let me tell you something about myself…

You might see me as a confident person now, but I wasn't always like this. I've always participated in cultural functions and things like that, but speaking on stage was a completely different story.

I still remember being in 12th grade when I was nominated as Miss Farewell, and I completely went blank on stage. That fear stayed with me. Then college happened. There was a Freshers' event, and I knew one thing very clearly: Stage speaking was my weakness. So I thought: "Okay, if this is my weakness, then I need to work on it." and I did and eventually, I became Miss Freshers.

Later, I worked at an event company where I could comfortably handle clients and communicate with people but when it came to standing on a stage and speaking? There was still a part of me that wanted to disappear. I remember once actually making a work excuse and escaping from a situation where I had to speak on stage but slowly, I worked on myself.

And recently, you saw me speaking in front of media people. Did I feel nervous? YES. Was I scared? YES but I did it anyway because I learned something: You don't have to wait for fear to disappear before you do something. Sometimes, you just have to do it while you're scared.

And honestly, Bangtan is one of the biggest examples of this. We've seen them grow through different phases of their lives and careers. We've seen moments when they were nervous, uncertain, overwhelmed, or stepping into something unfamiliar but they kept learning.

They kept showing up. They kept pushing themselves and look at them now. So instead of being scared of your fear, fight through your fear. Don't let one bad experience convince you that you can't do something. Maybe you weren't ready that day. Maybe you needed more practice. Maybe you needed more confidence. That's okay.

Learn. Improve. Try again.

Because life is basically a collection of challenges. One challenge ends today, and another one might come tomorrow and that's not necessarily a bad thing. That's life.

And I genuinely believe that the universe doesn't give us challenges just to break us. Sometimes, those challenges are there to show us how much stronger we can become. So if you're struggling with something right now Don't give up on yourself.

Take a breath. Take a step back if you need to. Start again and most importantly KEEP HOPE. 💜
