در ورطه خاموش، آنجا که قلبت میان سایه‌ها و ستارگان می‌لرزد، شهامت بازسازی تکه‌های روحت را خواهی یافت، حتی آن قطعات فراموش‌شده‌ای که دنیا هرگز ندانست چگونه دوستشان بدارد.

نمی‌تونی منتظر بشینی تا شرایط محیا بشه. "بهترین زمان"، "بهترین مکان" برای شروع هرگز نمیاد. اتفاقن انگار برعکسه! وقتی شروع کنی، همه‌چیز سنگین‌تر می‌شه. انگار کل دنیا می‌خواد جلوت رو بگیره که ساده‌ترین قدم رو هم نتونی برداری.
این وسط coping system‌هایی که داری خیلی اثرگذار می‌شن. درواقع اگر نمی‌تونی اتفاقات رو کنترل کنی، ری‌اکشن خودت رو که می‌تونی! اگه مخرب باشن، کم میاری و دست می‌کشی. اما اگه بتونی هوای خودت رو داشته باشی، هرچقدر هم زمین بخوری دوباره پا می‌شی و ادامه می‌دی. نباید جزئیات رو دست‌ کم گرفت.‌
