Students are advised to rely only on the official IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) for all authentic information, notifications, guidelines, admission-related matters, examination services, results, and academic records. Students are requested to remain vigilant against fraudulent practices, including dealing with unauthorized agents, brokers, intermediaries, websites, social media accounts, or WhatsApp groups claiming to provide university documents or services.

IGNOU shall not be responsible for any loss or consequences arising from dealings with such unauthorized persons or agencies.
