Is it normal to be stronger in some communication skills than others?

For most people, there is a different band score achieved for each skill and it is both common and completely normal to have a difference of up to two bands between skills. This occurs regardless of the language being tested and the type of language test taken. For example Listening and Speaking are the strongest skills for the majority of people.

Alibaba's World by Porter Erisman
Let Porter Erisman, the former Marketer of Alibaba, take you into Alibaba’s World in 24 professionally written chapters of his book. The author's main aim is to both educate and inspire the entrepreneurs by telling them about Alibaba's successes and even mistakes with the latter being written in a quite criticising sense by him. This book is certainly worth reading if you are to start your own business. The book will become your guidebook in handling difficult situations, people and hardships. In the example of Jack Ma, Co-Founder of Alibaba Group, who originally had almost 0% experience in e-commerce, the author highlights the fact that no matter of your business competency, religion, nationality or appearance, you can successfully start your own business path. The most striking part of the book for me was the last, 24th, chapter where the author professionally draws a summary of the whole events into 40 short lessons which may help you get a better understanding of the book.
