🚨Pro Shop Manager at Flyers Skate Zone Arrested, Charged With Child Pornography🚨

🔹Brian J. Lusardi, 48, Glendora, NJ, was charged with one count of second-degree Distribution of Child Pornography, one count of third-degree Possession of Child Pornography.
🔹Lusardi has been employed since July 2016 as manager of the Gear Zone, a pro shop that offers hockey equipment, at the Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees.
🔹A tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children led to the initiation of a child pornography investigation. A search warrant of Lusardi's residence was executed, detectives seized multiple electronic devices from the home. 🔹John Michael Musbach, 31, Haddonfield, was charged by indictment with one count of murder-for-hire.
🔹In the summer of 2015, Musbach began communicating with the victim, who was 13 at the time, through a website. Musbach began requesting and receiving sexually explicit videos and photographs of the victim while sending the teen sexually explicit images of himself as well.
🔹There is way more to this story but fast forward to Oct. 11, 2017, Musbach pled guilty to endangering the welfare of a child (the victim) by sexual contact and was sentenced on Feb. 9, 2018, by a NJ Judge, to a two-year suspended sentence with parole supervision for life.
🔹In 2019, an informant provided law enforcement with messages between Musbach and a murder-for-hire website. It was May 2016, when Musbach attempted to arrange the murder-for-hire. He asked if a 14-year-old was too young to target, & upon hearing that the age was not a problem, paid approx. 40 bitcoin (about $20,000) for the hit. Musbach repeatedly messaged the website’s admin following up on the hit & asking when it would occur. When pressed for an addt'l $5,000 to secure the hit, Musbach wanted to cancel & asked for a refund. The website’s admin then revealed that the website was a scam & threatened to reveal Musbach’s info to law enforcement.
🔹The charge of use of interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder-for-hire is punishable by a maximum potential penalty of 10 years in prison.
