Here’s an example of how to identify suspect activity. Just ran the plates for a vehicle from an area of interest. The vehicle sitting at this location with these plates was a Chevy Equinox. When you run the plate it tells you it’s registered to this Tilt Cab.
The exact same Equinox has been seen with other plates as well. Those same plates have been seen on a Chevy Malibu. Both frequently parked in the exact same area. Nothing comes up when this other license plate is ran. Why do you think that is?

Keep in mind these are things to look for. Crumbs to make bread. If you want to pick up on this stuff you’re going to have to spend time driving around analyzing behavior and looking for clues. This is giant puzzle.
Here’s another thing to try sometime. Targets and Wal-Marts typically have huge parking lots. With COVID less people are physically going to these stores so the parking lots are even more empty. Keep and eye on the back area of these parking lots. You may notice a bunch of random people just sitting there. I see a ton of nicer vehicles all the time. I also see a ton of the vehicles I just mentioned above. I’m not saying everything is something bad, but everything isn’t nothing either. And yes I realize employees have to park in the back.
Go sit for 30 mins or an hour sometime and just watch. You’ll start to pick up on patterns and connect dots. Btw, every Target and Wal Mart parking lot I’ve been through recently has pointless cones set up somewhere.

Example: Restaurants and buildings in your town where there’s a new owner and a new name every year. Sure, some fail, but don’t ya think there’s a lot more to it?
Or how about the restaurants that are STILL open and no one is ever there? Are they really there to make food or there for something else? Yes, they make food, but is that there secondary source of income? Hmmmmm. Weird 🧐

I stumbled onto HSRetoucherQ’s channel a few weeks ago. The amount of trolls on his 2K page and 35 person chat tells me he is over the 🎯
What I can for sure tell you is the stuff he’s posting about the cones and what not lines up EXACTLY with the businesses and areas I had identified before I found his page.
Everything he’s said has checked out as well with regards to businesses being where and why. Aside from that I’m still piecing it all together. His page makes a ton of sense to me, but I can see how it’s confusing.
We know lay lines and tunnels exist. We know it’s bigger than we can ever imagine. He’s helped me identify a lot of “bigger than we can imagine” stuff and all you can do is keep watching. I don’t know exactly who is using the cones for what, but I can tell you there are WAYYY too many “coincidences” for it to be “nothing”. If things are going on behind the scenes like we know they are [they] need a way to communicate right?

I’ve given you a bunch of stuff to look for. We are developing a profile. One of these things doesn’t necessarily mean anything, BUT if a bunch of it lines up somewhere then you might be onto something. This takes time and lots of dot connecting. Lots of this requires you to think logically and psychoanalyze things at a level most never reach. It’s easier than you think if you know what to look for. All those crime shows have taught you how to analyze behavior now put it to use in real life!
