Well, are YOU ready to relearn everything? There are many layers to everything going on right now. Go to work and try to talk to people about what you’ve learned. Will they listen? Maybe. Will they change right away? No. This takes time. At least a year, but many years for many. It all depends on how much time you put in and how “clean” you keep your brain.

What do I mean by “clean”? Well, what are you eating and drinking? Are you working out and saunaing? Do you supplement with Vitamin D and Fish Oils to help regulate your serotonin levels? Are you using a prescribed medication? Are you using a Flouride free toothpaste? Are you drinking a lot of alcohol? Do you get good sleep? Are you still wearing a mask and limiting your daily oxygen intake?

All this stuff matters. Your body is a machine. What you put in it and what you get out of it matters. It all adds up. Clean your brain 🧠
