Main Job Duties:

7+ years of proven experience as a System Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
Solid experience with storage solutions (SAN, NAS).
Strong knowledge of data backup, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure scaling.
Professional certifications such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent.
Experience with scripting and PowerShell.
Job Competencies:
High sense of responsibility and ownership.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to lead teams and delegate tasks effectively.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
