Serious damage to a Jewish synagogue in central Tehran due to an Israeli attack
▪️A few hours ago, at dawn on Tuesday (April 6, 2026), a Jewish synagogue near Palestine Street in Tehran was struck by Israeli warplanes.
▪️This synagogue, known as the Rafinia Synagogue, has had a significant portion of it destroyed by the Israeli strike.
▪️Although the main target was likely the building next to the Rafinia Synagogue, the blast intensity has caused severe damage to at least five adjacent residential blocks.
