⚡️Ion Finance is the first DeFi platform on The Open Network to offer concentrated liquidity. The Liquidity Book AMM provides reduced slippage trades, empowering LPs to earn higher fees and explore various strategies. The platform is built on the TON Blockchain's scalable architecture, allowing permissionless interaction with open-source code. 4️⃣ Explain Concentrated Liquidity and how it differs from regular liquidity.

⭕️ Concentrated liquidity is a concept in the realm of decentralized finance (DeFi) and automated market makers (AMMs) that distinguishes itself from the traditional or regular approach to providing liquidity.
In DeFi, liquidity providers play a vital role by contributing their assets to liquidity pools, enabling users to trade between different tokens seamlessly.

🔰 In the conventional or regular model, liquidity providers are expected to contribute assets in a balanced manner. For instance, if someone wishes to provide liquidity for a trading pair like ETH/USDC, they would typically add an equal value of ETH and USDC to the pool. This practice ensures that the pool maintains a constant 50/50 ratio of these two assets. On the other hand, concentrated liquidity introduces a different paradigm. With concentrated liquidity, liquidity providers have the freedom to add assets to a pool in an imbalanced or concentrated fashion. In essence, they can allocate a significant proportion of their assets to one side of the pool, while allocating a smaller portion to the other side.
This is why it is also sometimes referred to as "single-sided liquidity." This approach offers increased flexibility for liquidity providers, as they are not bound by the requirement of maintaining an equal distribution of assets in the pool.
For instance, one might decide to allocate 80% of their assets to ETH and only 20% to USDC, deviating from the conventional 50/50 split. This flexibility has the potential to be a powerful tool, especially when liquidity providers have strong convictions about the price movement of a particular asset. If the price of the asset they concentrated their liquidity on moves in their favor, they can reap greater profits.
