On study plans - since half the respondents have trouble executing their plans - let me offer you 1 method to increase probability of sticking to your plan .
Use the format : if it is _ ( insert time), I will _ ( gateway habit) be doing _ ( study content) on/at/in _ (place) . On successful completion ,I will _ (reward)
E.g. If it is Tuesday 10 pm, I will switch off my mobile and solve 3 RCs on my laptop. I will allow myself 10 mins of instagram after 3 RCs.
