Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a student of IGNOU pursuing ……programme name ………………having …programme code…….….. with my enrollment no. is …………………. I am unable to submit Re-Registration form successfully as I do not get OTP on my mobile. However, it shows on Samarth Student Portal that OTP has already been sent to my registered mobile number.
Kindly help and fix the problem as soon as possible so that I may Re-Register myself for the next Semester/ Year.

I am a student of IGNOU pursuing ……programme name ………………… having …programme code ……….…. My enrollment no, is …………… I have paid fees via …Bank Name …………………..…………. A/c number ………… dated ……….. While submitting my form for July 2023 Re-Registration, it shows that Re-Registration has not been done successfully, but money has already been deducted from my Bank Account.
Kindly help and fix the problem as soon as possible so that I get Re-Register myself for the next Semester/ Year.
