IGNOU Regional Centre Raipur, Chhattisgarh, has organised an online coordinators meeting on 3rd May 2023. The meeting was started by Dr. Bijay kumar Sahoo, ARD, RC Raipur. Dr. Sangeeta Manjhi, Regional Director, IGNOU, RC, Raipur formally welcomed all the participants, which was followed by the opening remark of Dr. UC Pandey, Director RSD. Dr U C Pandey, Director, RSD interacted with the coordinators on a wide range of issues, from strengthening the learner support services to enhancing the reach of IGNOU programmes. He informed the coordinators about the difference between ODL and online programmes. He also emphasised the delivery mechanism of online programmes and explained the LMS. His main concern was the timely evaluation of assignments. He requested that the coordinators publicise and disseminate the information related to various digital student support services like IRC, teleconferencing sessions, iGRAM, etc.



Various promotional strategies and modes of promotion adopted by the LSCs were shared by the Coordinators.



RD Raipur delivered the concluding remark at the end of the meeting.



A vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Vinita Katiyar, Assistant Director, RSD.
