𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐎𝐔 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐡 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢



𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐡 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐬 was celebrated today on the occasion of 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢 at the 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 with a strong commitment to cleanliness, sustainability, and responsible citizenship.



As part of the celebrations, 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 “𝐄𝐤 𝐏𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐚 𝐊𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐚𝐦” 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝, inspiring a collective spirit of contribution towards Mother Earth.



On the occasion, 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐢 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬 and the 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 were 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐧’𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐔𝐦𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐥, in recognition of their valuable contributions and participation.

As part of the 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐇𝐢 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐚 (𝐒𝐇𝐒) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐎𝐔 organised a 𝐑𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 on the theme “𝐄𝐤 𝐃𝐢𝐧, 𝐄𝐤 𝐆𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚, 𝐄𝐤 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐡” at the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 on 𝟏 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, reinforcing the spirit of collective responsibility and active public participation in maintaining cleanliness.



The IGNOU Registrar, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐉𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐚, 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 ‘𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞’ 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 at the Vice Chancellor’s Office. The event was organised under the supervision of the 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.



The 𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐎𝐔 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, witnessing enthusiastic participation from 𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟, 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟.



The collective participation reflected IGNOU’s commitment to fostering a 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 and 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 the message of 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐡 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭 through 𝐉𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢.



The initiative formed part of the nationwide ‘𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐝𝐚𝐚𝐧’ activities leading up to 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐡 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐬 celebrated today on 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢, reaffirming the University’s commitment to the theme:
