Here are my best tips to help you stay focused and motivated over the next 90 Days!
~
Tip 1: it’s all about Focus. If you want to see results in any part of your life, you have to be ruthless when it comes to distractions and anything or anyone who can derail you from your mission. Right now, you need Results and that can’t happen without you being constantly focused on the outcome you want.
~
Wake up and look at your goals every morning and focus exclusively on the few activities and tasks that will allow you achieve your goals. It’s a daily pursuit and you can’t afford to lose a day here and there in a 90 day game plan.
~
Tip 2: Focus on production, not perfection. For most of you, you just need to get in there and do the work. Stop over thinking things and start focusing on being consistent and doing what needs to be done on a daily basis. Leave your emotions at your bedroom door, you can always come back to your room if you want to feel overwhelmed, frustrated and anxious.
~
Tip 3: Make your goals and your work part of your lifestyle. Most of the things you need to do, can be systemised and put into your daily routines. It doesn’t matter If it’s working out, making sales calls or even building your brand online.
~
Everything you do can become part of your daily game plan and the best way to do that, is to make it part of your own routines and rituals.
~
Tip 4: Work over 7 days and give yourself 2 hours a day for your own health and wellbeing. That is the coaching strategy I use with 80% of my clients to increase performance, production and overall wellbeing. It is also my number one strategy to reducing stress and ensuring you maintain a high level of performance year round. Don’t take days off, you have 90 days to achieve a specific result!
~
Tip 5: Measure and track your performance daily. You can’t afford to fall behind on your daily objectives if you’re going to hit your target before the end of the quarter. Stay on top of yourself and be your own coach!
~
It’s time to show up and execute on your 3rd Quarter Goals!
