A Piping/Welding QA/QC Specialist (2 positions available day/ night shifts) plus another piping engineer position.

These would require you to mobilize to NL for July to mid. Aug. 2023 (minimum).
You will work as an Independent Contractor with a flat rate we agree on.
6 days work 12 hours/day flat rate.
Accommodation, flight, rental car, gas, and some per diem, will be included.
Drug and Alcohol testing is required (expense covered by us.

حتماً مطالعه کنید. بسیار جالب هست. هم تاریخچه آریایی را بررسی کرده است و چگونگی پیدایش و دروغ‌هایی که غرب در غالب تاریخ‌سازی بسیاری از دست‌آوردهای مردم این سرزمین‌ها را بنام خود در تاریخ نگاشته تا جایی که در نهایت به نازیسم هم می‌رسد. یک دوره چندهزار ساله را بسیار زیبا مرور کرده‌است.

خودباختگی فرهنگی چیست؟

به زبان ساده:
وقتی یک انگلیسی زبان از عبارت "سیب زمینی سرخ کرده" یا به زبان خودشان "فراید پوتیتوز" کلمه ساده و کاربردی "فرایز" را می سازد و به کار می برد کار درستی کرده ولی اگر یک ایرانی به جای آن عبارت بگوید "سرخی" یا مثلن "سرخونده" حتمن مسخره است و ما بایستی با یک ژست بچه با حال و امروزی بودن آن ایرانی فهمیده را مسخره کنیم.

اگر یک عده گاوچران امریکایی تازه به دوران رسیده در بورس برای تعریف روند رو به بالای بورس از اصطلاح مسخره ی "بریش" (خرس گونه، که سر فرا می گیرد) و برای تعریف روند رو به پایین بازار از اصطلاح "بولیش" (گاو وحشی ای که در زمان خشم سم بر زمین می کوبد و سر به زیر دارد) استفاده می کنند آن اصطلاحات را نشانه کلاس بالای خود دانسته و زبان مادری خود را عاجز از ترجمه قلمداد کنیم.

اگر یک کارآفرین امریکایی توئیتر (همین اکس امروزی ایلان ماسک عزیز) را تاسیس می کند و سپس فعل توئیت کردن را هم به ادبیات انگلیسی اضافه می کند این اصل جنس و اصل ادبیات است ولی اگر فرهنگستان فشل تحت اشغال ما یک کلمه درست مثل رایانه را پیشنهاد کند مسخره است و ما باید برایش جوک بسازیم.

برنامه ای شاد و متنوع

دوستان، در برنامه امسال خیریه کودکان (ساسیف) برنامه های شادتر ی نسبت به گذشته گنجانده شده و وجه مشخصه این برنامه حضور بیشتر کودکان و جوانان در تولید محتواست. ضمن اینکه از اساتید صاحب نام و حرفه ای هم در تدارک و ارائه برنامه استفاده خواهد شد.

در این برنامه ترانه ای ایرانی، شاد، پر انرژی، و آشنا به زبان انگلیسی رونمایی و اجرا می شود. این ترانه اولین اجرا از کارهای ایرانی-انگلیسی من و مخصوص بچه ها است، که با صدا و به سرپرستی مدرس زبردست موسیقی خانم دلارام بیک رسولی اجرا شده و  توسط گروه کر کودکان  همراهی می شود. استاد امیر اسلامی و استاد رضا کیانیان هم قطعات شادی را با گروهی از نوجوانان اجرا خواهند کرد. هنرمندان دیگری هم در پربار کردن برنامه مشارکت خواهند داشت.

تمامی درآمد و کمک های نقدی صرف بچه های نیازمند خواهد شد و تمامی مدیران این خیریه داوطلبانه کار می کنند.

تلاش و تمرین نونهالان در ونکوور برای پربار کردن مراسم ۱۸ اکتبر ۲۰۲۵ خیریه کودکان (ساسیف)

این رخشاره غیرحرفه ای و صرفن جهت اطلاع رسانی به دوستان نزدیک من است. در رخشاره حرفه ای بعدی جزنیات بیش تری انعکاس داده خواهد شد.

یکی از اهداف (حداقل اینجانب) از همکاری با این خیریه و تلاش در جهت تولید ترانه های ایرانی به زبان انگلیسی (پروژه ای که سال ها به تعویق افتاده) کمک به پل زدن بین نسل های اول، دوم، و سوم ایرانیان مهاجر و ایجاد اعتماد به نفس در کودکان مان برای افتخار به هویت خود می باشد. تاکید می کنم این محصولی برای شنوندگان انگلیسی زبان و در جهت تبادل فرهنگی با دوستان غیرایرانی است.

برگردم به موضوع خیریه، مطمئن باشید پول تان حیف و میل نمی شود. مدیران خیریه، ضمن داشتن نیت کمک به کودکان درهر نقطه دنیا بیش ترین تلاش را در جهت کمک به کودکان نیازمند در ایران انجام می دهند. خیریه ثبت شده و تحت ممیزی دائم اداره مالیات کانادا است. لطفن هر قدر وسع تان می رسد کمک کنید.

We have been recently called in to work as an Independent Canadian Engineering and Regulatory Compliance Consultant providing DFS Localization, Canadian Code Compliance Verification, and Bankable Feasibility Study Review services for an international EPC contractor under contract with a mining project developer in Ontario.
Currently, as part of this DFS opportunity, we are seeking skilled and adaptive senior engineers to become a part of IFEL as we continue to grow and expand, for reviewing the EPC Contractor / Licensor deliverables as follows:
1. Chemical/process engineer with hydrometallurgical experience to lead the process department and ensure the plant is engineered correctly
2. Hydrometallurgical / Metallurgical Engineer to ensure the chemistry and recoveries are technically sound
3. Process Simulation Engineer for modeling or review of a model done by EPC Contractor
The condidates must be individual with confidence and adequate proven Canadian industrial and chemical processing experience who can identify where Canadian codes, standards, operating practices, utilities, or environmental requirements require modifications or additional justification.

ABOUT PROJECT:
• Industry: Mining
• Project Location: Ontario, Canada
• Service: Canadian DFS Localization and Regulatory Compliance Consultant
• Stage: Bankable or Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS)
• Final Product: (35,000 t/a), equivalent to 20,000 TPA of final product
• Project Status: Preliminary scoping study completed by the owner
• Schedule: submission deadline: end of 2026
• General Scope of IFEL:
1. Review all discipline-specific DFS documents submitted by EPC Contractor to verify full compliance with Canadian regulatory requirements
2. Review the CAPEX and OPEX calculation models submitted by EPC Contractor to ensure they meet the bank financing standards for Canadian projects.
• The Role of IFEL: IFEL is called in to act as an independent Canadian technical reviewer and regulatory advisor retained by the EPC contractor to "Canadianize" and validate the DFS for financing and regulatory acceptability.
• IFEL Team Review Practice and Responsibilities might include portion or all of, but shall not be limited to the following:
1. Canadian engineering practice
2. Canadian legislation
3. Canadian codes
4. Provincial regulations
5. Environmental regulations
6. Labour and safety regulations
7. Indigenous consultation commitments (where applicable)
8. Financial assumptions suitable for Canadian lenders
9. Canadian estimating practices
10. Canadian procurement assumptions
11. Canadian construction assumptions
• Estimate Classification: AACE Class 2
• Estimate Accuracy Range: Bankable Feasibility Study
• Estimate Accuracy Range: −15% to +15%
• Required Estimate Accuracy Range: Cost estimate shall be compliant with AACE Class 2 (AACE RP 47R-11 / RP 17R-97), with a target accuracy band of −15% ~ +15% against the actual implemented capital expenditure

ABOUT YOU:
• You are a senior engineer with PEO active registration
• Have 10+ years of relevant experience for providing support to lead a process group, review the applicable technical and financial documents and deliver a fully bankable DFS report for this project.
• Ensure the report fully complies with international bank standards (Financial advisors will be also consulted)
• Ensure the report fully complies with local Canadian laws, regulations and industry codes
• Demonstrated ability to contribute in multidisciplinary project teams while delivering high-quality engineering solutions
• Strong knowledge of applicable engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices
• Assist with the subsequent detailed engineering phase of the project
• You will be an Independent Contractor commited to be with IFEL for 4 to 12 months
• You will be able to work full time whenever needed
