OK, I watched Bolsonaro's live announcement today. It was a State of the Union and sounded much like one of Trump's rallies, without the theatrics. There were lots of comms, but I was waiting to catch a BOOM. Well, I didn't catch one. However, as soon as the live was over and they changed the status from live to uploaded video, I downloaded the video. Before I could even re-watch the downloaded video, someone else posted a short clip of the end. The cameraman continued filming for another couple of minutes after the live feed was cut. At the end, he points the camera to the floor and someone is clearly heard saying the word "Selva". This means jungle. But it is a military comm. It is usually used as "roger, or 5:5", but that depends on the context. It can also be used for "war". It is also part of another term: "Selva e Aço" (Jungle and Steel).
