Vltavin - a mysterious stone of unknown origin
Vltavin (from the name of the Vltava River) is a stone that is found only in southern Bohemia. Usually its color is green, but brown and black specimens are very rare.
The scientific world has no single explanation for the origins of this stone. One theory claims that the vltavines were formed as a result of a huge meteorite's strike many millions of years ago. The meteorite impact caused a strong heating of the rocks, which melted and scattered for several hundred kilometers, and then froze in the form of green stones. The second version argues that the vltawins are the remnants of a comet brought to Earth millions of years ago.
It is possible that the origin of the vltavin can be explained by the third version - the existence in ancient times of other civilizations, from which their traces remained. Perhaps, the vltavins were formed as a result of, for example, a nuclear explosion or some other man-made cataclysm.
