First, Sheriff Dar Leaf spends 8 pages clearly establishing a county sheriff in Michigan's duty under the codified law to enforce election laws in his or her county.

Page 9 is when it really starts getting good. He cites all the state statutes, currently in force, and the legal precedents established by the courts, to show how he's been prevented from doing his job by State AG Dana Nessel.

What Dar Leaf is doing here is he's clearly establishing why he has the legal right to criminally charge both the mules and the people running the stash houses and the people funding the criminal enterprise to stuff the ballot boxes in his county.

All he has to do is wait for TTV to give him the evidence, if they haven't already.

Flynn was commissioned in the U.S.
