I want to share a simple and very powerful tool that I use daily to help become the observer and separate other people's energy from my energetic field before I start my day:
🧘♀️ Ground yourself - put your feet on the ground (preferably barefoot), feel the ground, and imagine yourself being connected to the earth.
😇Slow down your mind - close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath for a few moments.
🕊Set protection - when you feel grounded, Imagine a golden bubble around 6 feet and put a golden rose on the edge of your bubble in front of you.
🥰Carry on with your day.
This practice will help you stay aware, balanced and calm, and it protect you from those who "dump" their energy onto you.
