Biden’s preemptive PARDON means he CANNOT PLEAD the 5th tomorrow in front of Rand Paul on anything federal. No criminal jeopardy left = no 5th Amendment shield.

So his options are:
1. Tell the truth (🤣)
2. Lie under oath → brand new perjury charge the pardon does NOT cover
3. Try to take the 5th anyway → contempt of Congress

Also, “I don’t recall” - Yes he can say this. However, when the committee has his own handwritten thoughts from the same days (his old man DIARY) it turns into a high-risk play that can still lead to a perjury referral.

🌈 THE RAINBOW TRIBE IS RISING 🌈
