❗️ETF FUD: Really Denied?❗️

As most of you know, yesterday CNBC reported on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s decision to block an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that would have followed bitcoin.

The ETF was proposed by the Winklesvoss twins, who early last year were barred from establishing a Bitcoin ETF. Thus, today’s account is the second time the twins were denied to establish an ETF🛑

☝️Their "application" was actually an appeal from last year's decision. The SEC's main concern? Manipulation.

According to the SEC, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, the founders of the crypto currency exchange Gemini, were unable to establish adequate protocols to safeguard against potential Bitcoin ETF manipulation.This comes as a massive concern to members across the crypto sphere, resulting in a near-four percent decline in the price of Bitcoin.

However, the news should not be of major concern. We all saw what happened the last time a Winklevoss ETF was denied...the price of Bitcoin dipped and then pumped to $20k in less than 6 months📈

Consumers, therefore, should be most concerned with the pending CBOE $BTC ETF, in that experts perceive it as the most legitimate BTC ETF being analyzed.

The CBOE has infastructure in place, and a history of institutional trading, to thwart manipulation; they claim.

Hey Everyone,

I hope life is treating you all really well, it is for us so just wanted to ask if you could read the below for me.

Quite often we take for granted how fortunate we are, especially those of us in crypto who can be seen complaining about 20% returns in a month instead of 600% in a day (and so on...) but the reality is that for any of us that have made it through the bear market and still going strong life is pretty good.

We have been travelling for the last 2 months and have been humbled in more ways than one being in some developing countries. The other day we were throwing out 2 bags of clothing as it was weighing our suitcases down and as we flippantly told the housekeeper at the hotel to ‘get rid of it, it was rubbish’ we only then were faced with a piece of humble pie as she asked if she could take it for herself and her family.

A close friend of ours has a charity running a children’s home in Nepal. She is a truly amazing woman and we are both proud to call her a friend. She has recently achieved providing clean water to all residence of the children’s home which is absolutely vital and basic human need, this feat alone has taken her 8 months but she continues to keep going and little did we know running a small TRUE non profit charity is actually very difficult.

She visits them frequently and helps provide things for their schooling, clothing and bedding, teaching them to grow crops and be self sufficient.

She works a 9-5 job to add to what she receives in dontations, which is very little so far due to regualtions.

We would love to do a small fundraiser for her to help her children’s home so these children really get the most of this life they have. We are also looking to head to Nepal and actually help them build out the childrens home (to accomodate more kids) ourselves and teach our girls about life and how lucky they are.
