Under civil law, she would never have allowed the committee funds to be used to take action against Reiner Füllmich; that would not have gone down well with the donors.
Up to this point, one might have had the impression that Viviane Fischer intended to give space to the truth with some decency.
She also corrected Hoffman's and A. Fischer's account by confirming that they were not worth mentioning to the committee, clearly did not want to and had finally disappeared.

After the break, Reiner Füllmich wanted to read out a statement.
The presiding judge suggested that the questioning of Viviane Fischer be continued - by him. Reiner would have the opportunity to read out the statement next Tuesday.
The presiding judge confronted Viviane Fischer and Antonia Fischer with emails, chat histories and loan agreements, most of which Viviane Fischer claimed not to have known about.
In fact, she was horrified when she claimed to have learned that Reiner Füllmich had put the money in his house to prevent access. She would never have agreed to this - if she had known.
In an email from Füllmich, he explicitly stated that he had also parked money from his loan in an account in America and that it could be paid out from this account at any time in the event of a shortage.

Füllmich asked about her 100,000 euro loan, whether it was already gone?
Yes, at the moment they are, Fischer admitted, she had made up some shortfalls, whereupon the judge interrupted her and remarked that she was hereby stating that she had used up the money and had economic shortfalls.
"No, I didn't!" she emphasized.
She had only written it that way so that Reiner Füllmich wouldn't get the idea of saying that it was great if she paid her money back, he wouldn't have to do that.
She went on to justify herself by saying that she had already advanced so much money for the committee.
She had taken around 30,000 euros from her loan to repay the expenses she claimed to have incurred for the Corona Committee.

We are now over four years into the COVID-19 fraud and while many things have changed, confusion remains the dominant theme. More people are coming to the realisation that there was no pandemic but there are also plenty of people ramping up “bioweapons” and “gain of function” narratives. Amongst this we have also seen the introduction of a new side-stepping argument that, “virus existence is not important”.
In 2020, we started investigating the virus model and came to the realisation that SARS-CoV-2 did not exist. In fact, there was no scientific evidence that any viruses existed, dating back to the late 1800s literature and the so-called Tobacco Mosaic “Virus”. Those critiquing virology have pointed out that no entity that meets the description of a virus has ever been physically isolated. In order to maintain the illusion, the virologists have not performed properly controlled experiments such as those proposed in the “Settling the Virus Debate” Statement. (...)
