➜ Semester 1 to 4 must be passed
➜ No backlog in any semester

   Chartered Accountant (CA)

Avoid any last-minute stress on the morning of the exam by taking a look at this checklist and preparing in advance :-

✅ Admit Card (if possible keep an extra copy in your bag permanently- will help in emergency).
✅ Any one photo id proof (voter, pan, aadhar, etc) (will help in emergency).
✅ Black Ball Pen (atleast 2)
✅ HB Pencil (2 recommended)
✅ Eraser
✅ Sharpener
✅ Stapler
✅ Calculators (2 recommended)
✅ Wrist watch (No digital or smart watch)
✅ Water bottle
✅ Money (Wallet/Purse)
✅ Earphones (optional, can use for music or for revision while going or coming back from center)
✅ Last Minute Revision Notes
✅ Umbrella (in case it's raining or is forecasted)
✅ Lastly, your brain 😅

Most important :-

(Applicable for CA Foundation/Inter Sept 2026 attempt)

1️⃣ OPC INCORPORATION RULES

Residency is no longer compulsory to form a One Person Company (OPC). Both Residents and NRIs can now incorporate an OPC.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be a Natural Person
• Must be an Indian Citizen
• Can be a Resident OR Non-Resident (NRI)

💡 Note: The 120-day stay condition to define a "resident" still exists, but the law now clearly states "whether or not resident in India". Hence, residency is NOT mandatory.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

2️⃣ REVISED SMALL COMPANY LIMITS (Sec 2(85))

The thresholds have increased, meaning more companies now qualify as Small Companies.

🔹 Paid-up Capital:
• Old Limit: ₹4 Crore
• New Limit: ₹10 Crore

🔹 Turnover:
• Old Limit: ₹40 Crore
• New Limit: ₹100 Crore

EXCEPTIONS (Never treated as Small Companies):
• Holding Companies
• Subsidiary Companies
• Section 8 Companies
• Companies governed by any Special Act
