Sir if I am given the opportunity to distribute the amount so at first I would allocate the share for the integration of new technology used in surveillance and intelligence gathering like Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Data analytics etc.

You will be just a part of the entire system ... if I m given the opportunity to distribute the amount do not take it individually ... talk about system as a whole.

give some examples to highlight the existing gaps , then tell increased budgetary allocation is one of the measure to strengthen national security agency. you can also say it'll help in implementing NATGRID as well.

this way we are controlling the mindset of interviewers - he will do cross question on the incidents you quote / NATGRID that you already know.

Not an emotional appeal but a counter to your greedy mindset that sell couses by telling IT'S A DECISION DRIVEN BY ETHICS AND EMOTIONS ...

Where were your emotions when a poor student asked you for refund when he couldn't clear T1 ?
