Two types of operations are strictly banned:

2. Bypassing content review to upload prohibited material.

Penalties for violations:

First offense results in removal + a severe warning; a second offense leads to actual punishment.

Developers must self-inspect and rectify listed themes within 7 working days. Proactive fixes mean no penalty, but overdue ones will be punished according to regulations.
