Instructions
-- Download Google Photos Apk from the given link
-- Install SAI from Here
-- Open SAI and Choose the Google Photos apk you downloaded before
-- Install the apk
-- Open Google Photos Editor and check tools section
-- If you still didn't get that feature in tools section then read the notes

Notes
-- This method didn't work? Try clearing data of Google Photos App.
-- If it still doesn't work then try flashing pixel props as this works in only pixel devices. So, your device should be spoof to pixel to make this work. Download Pixel Props from Here and flash in Magisk (Redfin Props are recommended).

-- An App Which Enable Call Recording Option In Google Dialer.

Instructions
-- Download & Install the app.
-- Open it and give it root access.
-- Enable call recording from the list.
-- After enabling, force stop Dialer a couple of times.
-- Done!!
