1-personal informations:- name,age,sex,where ( في أي مستشفى),when(التاريخ والساعة)

2-projections ( Lt or Rt + views)

3- technique quality ( good or poor quality)
:-لاازم الصورة يكون فيها
2 joint +2 views +good pentration ( يعني تقدري تميزي بين العظم وبقية الأنسجة لأنو قي صور بتكون مشوشة ماواضحة)

4-obvious abnormalities (
fracture وين بالضبط -shap -displaced or not if displaced type of displacement )

5- systematic review ( cortex-medulla-soft tissue -joint)

5-summary (+finding)

في الـ x-ray بسألوا من class of fracture برضو لازم تعرفوهو
زي يجيب ليك fx neck of femur ويسألك من الكلاسفكيشن حقه
تقول ليهو garden class II ولا III وكدا
