This is team HAVAH.

We've been monitoring all the questions you've been sending us about the HAVAH Mitter through the community.
There are many overlapping questions so we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions for your convenience.

1️⃣ **During the email verification process, an "Unknown Error" message appears.
**
- This error occurs when there is an emoji in the Discord nickname.
Please try again after 5:00 AM (UTC) tomorrow.

2️⃣ **The amount of HVH airdrop is too small.
**
- Some users have claimed up to 11,400 HAVAH Coins (HVH) in our recent airdrop.
For the testnet event only, we gave out a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 2,000 based on the participation of the hidden missions.

3️⃣ How much HVH was distributed for the airdrop?

- The total airdrop supply is 3.08 million. We've allocated the airdrop supply based on initial circulation, not the amount issued.
As of the first day of listing, we expect the HVH circulating supply to be 12-13 million, excluding the foundation supply.
Of these, airdrops will account for only about 25%, which is not a small amount by any means.

4️⃣ Why is the HAVAH Mitter fee so expensive?

- The HAVAH Mitter is an FT/NFT bridging service and the fees charged will fluctuate based on the fees required by the destination chain.
HVH bridging currently only supports the Ethereum chain, thus bridging fees may vary depending on the gas fee and HAVAH Coin (HVH) price on the Ethereum chain.

5️⃣ Why can I only deposit ERC-20 HVH on BYBIT?

- To vitalize the HAVAH ecosystem, we strategically decided to list on the Ethereum network, which has the largest ecosystem.
A bridging-free HVH based on the HAVAH network is planned for the future and a DEX is being developed to provide services as soon as possible.

6️⃣ **What can I do with HVH on the HAVAH chain?

- We are planning to have ‘HAVAH Friends’ NFTs minting in the near future and launch a Perplay DApp and NFTs in the first half of the year.
The team is currently developing DEX, where you will be able to swap wrapped USDT or PER tokens.
