Cursed: Chinese company patents built-in car toilet

There are workshops, coffee shops, and even saunas on wheels. The Chinese have gone further and created a car toilet.

The patent was obtained by Seres, a company that jointly produces premium crossovers Aito with Huawei. This is no joke—the patent was registered and approved in April 2026.

Seres bet on using "dead zones" under the seats in electric cars.

The design is a "toilet" on a sled, along which the seat moves.

Ge-ni-al! But why?

For social phobes? Celebrities? People with limited mobility?

For anyone at all—all of this is inconvenient and unhygienic.

But there was an even more original solution.

Chinese geniuses from Polestones suggested using a box between the seats as a toilet. Disposable bags and a toilet seat were stored there as well.
