Yuji Itadori

Yuji Itadori is the main protagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen. He is a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High and the vessel of Ryomen Sukuna, the King of Curses. Originally an ordinary teenager with extraordinary physical strength, Yuji enters the world of jujutsu after swallowing one of Sukuna's fingers to save his friends. Under the guidance of Satoru Gojo, he takes on the mission of locating and consuming all of Sukuna's fingers so the curse can be permanently eradicated.

Yuji is kind-hearted, selfless, and determined, always striving to protect innocent people even at great personal cost. Throughout the series, he endures countless battles and tragic losses, growing into one of the strongest and most important jujutsu sorcerers of his generation. His abilities combine exceptional physical prowess, cursed energy, and powerful techniques that he develops as the story progresses
