摘要：作为一个10几年的老站长，亲身经历了百度的各种算法，从最初的PHP小偷站（现在称为反代）到采集、伪原创、AI原创，和百度战斗到现在，战斗经验相当丰富，去年开始又重新捡起网站的老本行，接连开了几十个站，大部分都收录了，现在分享下经验。

截图是去年下半年开的站，比较具有代表性，现在每次更新都会增加收录，开始几百，慢慢几千，现在已经快有5万收录了，流量也有小几千。

1、北岸对收录有影响吗？

有，我自己测试过，同样两个站，不北岸放国外收录很难，可能3个月才收录首页，北岸的站已经有上千收录量了。

2、老域名收录效果更好吗？

很早以前，老域名做站效果很好，很快上排名，但现在最多蜘蛛来的勤一点，基本没什么增益了。

3、是先北岸还是先开站？

如果内容没什么问题，迟早转回国内，建议老早就做好北岸，开站后在百度站长后台提交北岸号。

4、采集站还有前途吗？

直接采集没前途的，即使暂时收录了，经过几次更新后，早晚还会掉的， 百度的AI确实有一套，采集太好识别了。

5、如何做原创内容？

最好的效果当然是自己写，或者自己整理，还有种快捷的方法，使用翻译工具，但要有可读性，跳出率太高一样没排名。
最后再收点Vir小鸡，原则上按残值计算，如果配置不错的也可以适当溢价，PM联系。

并且把图床放在了他的loc论坛新号的签名里，发了几个帖子来宣传，看着自己网站用户和托管的图片逐渐变多，他很开心，但是他高兴的太早了。
一觉醒来，他打开CDN的后台一看，我儿豁有人打了几千万次CC攻击，刷了几百G的流量。这是他才意识到MJJ们的威力，于是他换了百度云加速的专业版，这样被打就不会增加成本了。
今后的每一天都扛着几千万的CC攻击，直到现在，累了。
