Bonjour,

Il y a depuis environ 12h10 un incident auprès d'un de nos fournisseurs d'accès internet (Orange), ce qui engendre une coupure sèche du réseau pour certains clients, et de fortes lenteurs pour d'autres.
Nous sommes en contact avec Orange, et une intervention de leurs équipes est en cours.

Ils confirment un incident important dû à une coupure fibre. Leurs équipes sont actuellement mobilisées à la réparation, cependant un délai de rétablissement précis n'est pas connu à cause de la complexité de l'intervention.
Ils espèrent une résolution complète dans la soirée, et indiquent mettre tout en œuvre pour rétablir le plus rapidement possible les services.

A notre niveau, nous faisons le maximum pour réduire le nombre de clients impactés, cependant plusieurs baies seront complètement inaccessibles jusqu'à la résolution.

Pour faciliter le suivi, si vous n'avez pas encore ouvert de ticket auprès du support, nous vous invitons à répondre à ce mail afin d'en créer un.
Nous vous tiendrons informés de la suite des opérations par ce biais.

There is since 12:10 AM an incident with one of our internet service providers (Orange), which is causing an outage for some customers, and very slow speeds for others.
We are in contact with them, and an intervention of their teams is in progress.

They confirm a major incident due to a fibre cut. Their teams are currently working on the repair, however a precise restoration time is not known because of the complexity of the intervention.
They hope for a complete resolution in the evening, and say they are doing everything possible to restore services as quickly as possible.

At our level, we are doing our best to reduce the number of customers affected, however several bays will be completely inaccessible until resolution.

To facilitate follow-up, if you have not yet opened a support ticket, we invite you to reply to this email to create one.
We will keep you informed of further developments through this channel.
