apt update报错

看网上教程需要

wget -q -O - https://archive.kali.org/archive-key.asc | apt-key add

更新key，但是wsl的系统很精简，apt-key报错
E: gnupg, gnupg2 and gnupg1 do not seem to be installed, but one of them is required for this operation

apt install gnupg报错，得先执行update才行

然后就。。。死循环了

摘要：很早之前买的搬瓦工的，3.99刀每年的，后来给我停掉了。
后来用了gcp，听说之后3个月换一次，就申请了甲骨文。
甲骨文首尔还不错，白天看有图比能有2-3万，但晚上只有2000-3000. 看1080都卡的。 套了cdn以后，晚上有时候能上1万，有时候完全没有速度。
想买一个便宜的VPS，kvm的，一年费用不大于12刀，主要看有图比，奈菲。上海电信线路。

求推荐。
