摘要：之前在opencart的市场里买了个扩展程序，没法用，opencart里面也没有申请退款的地方。
于是第一时间在paypal里面发起一个争议，opencart让我取消争议在网站联系support，由他们处理退款。
可是当我撤消了paypal的争议后，opencart网站里竟然把我的订单给删掉了，退款也没有，发邮件好几天了都不回。

这种情况咋整，几十$就自认倒霉吗？

摘要：腾讯云 貌似只有30M? 是否有更高带宽？（比如100M,或者60M也可，30M的确太寒酸）不过如果有但是价格飞上天就不提了。不晓得国内云商家包括阿里云这种销售套路， 貌似都是只有30M的实际有用资费，人家国外的则动辄G口，10G口。
