商场是下班时间没有顾客。
报警后来了好几个警察，但都说这事管不了。
几个人非常嚣张，还说警察敢管连警察一起揍。
当晚损失惨重，警察不给立案，只说给记录。
现在想去纪检，但是那几个军人是哪里的根本不知道。
还有怎么样能给警察压力，拿到涉及军队的话警察就管不了吗？
