把html先写到.html文件里面，然后浏览器打开后按F12，模拟点击网页后把网络请求（bash curl）复制出来粘贴到上面的网站上去就好了

☼☼☼☼☼☼ 大佬我解决了，

form data里面view source就可以了，然后curl -L -b cookie.txt -d "source内容" "http://???"就可以了
