But actually with Intel CPU's they are anyway slow. They are no AMD CPU's. So there is no real difference.

They are all not fast. They are Intel. You ordered an Intel CPU...

I can change your location to france to the 2.5 GHz CPU. But that will just give you 10-15% more performance.

If you want real CPU performance, you have to use our HIGH CPU stuff. These are AMD Epyc CPU's with > 40.000 Passmark points.
