现在甲骨文的免费实例分为两种，VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro shape (AMD)是旧的配置，VM.Standard.A1.Flex shape (Arm-based Ampere A1 Compute)是新配置，文中提到arm小鸡一共有4个OCPU和24GB内存，OCPU和内存可以自行分配，带宽也是根据OCPU数量动态分配，至少免费是没问题的，至于开出来的机子没有免费字样就不知道是bug还是反撸了
