把 TF 卡，取下，使用读卡器 接到windows 11系统下，VirtualBox VM 启动一个 debian 虚拟机，然后把USB设备激活给 虚拟机使用。

ls /dev/sdb1 可以发现设备， mount 错误，不能挂载文件系统。

使用命令  fsck -y  /dev/sdb1   提示确认， 按 yes 扫描修复一下。然后一直显示  yyyyyyyy

ctrl +c 暂停，然后 再执行   fsck -y  /dev/sdb1  ，很快完成了，再就可以 使用 mount  挂载了。

关掉虚拟机，把 tf卡 装到 香橙派，可以顺利启动系统。 可以用来 刷pt(另外一个大U盘) 和 梯子国内落地。
