摘要：前天看了新闻，用户240多W存某银行被行长挪用，一分钱也要不回。
行长个人员工行为，与银行无关。常见的说辞。
用户打官司，银行给出理由，由于用户不经常查询自己的账户，这是用户的过失，所以不赔。

行长最后返还了用户的钱240多W到银行，但银行还是不给返还给用户。这个操作有点不理解，既然钱找回了，为何不给用户？

昨天有了后续，银行好像愿意给回一部分钱。用户不乐意，利息得不到，本金还少了一半。

所以建议有钱的MJJ每天查询自己账户几次，以免给银行找到借口。我每天查询3次，还好，账号里面的200块还在。
