摘要：好事：OVH开机了。上传证件删除掉也开机了。美中不足：两台24.82刀。有点税。本来不想让他开机的。它开了。默认：美区PP支付。
另外一个账号，23刀的，有前车之鉴资料准备轻车熟路，账号删除，且不允许上诉。默认：xyk支付。
很纳闷，想看看问题出在哪里了，比较之下发现可能是资料不符合要求的问题。
第一个账号：
- 政府签发的带照片身份证件
- 您持有上面提供的政府签发的带照片身份证件的照片。
第二个账号：
- 政府签发的带照片的身份证件
- 交易中使用的信用卡照片，包括：
1. 名称与经理帐户中列出的名称相匹配，并且
2.卡号后4位
- 您持有上面提供的政府签发的带照片身份证件的照片。

两个账号要求是不一样的，都提交了账号一的，因此账号一开机了，账号二删除了。
还好，本来两台就够多了，要是四台，那就得剁手了。

一个美西一个美东，美西的IP正常，美东的IP被墙。
还要DD系统么，用的哪个脚本
