我觉得第一种好，要考虑到很多诸多因素，哪种定价策略在市场上成交量会多

我说说我为什么第一种好吧。
1，如果租12个月年付的租客，他租1年，而我的资源也是从一手房东签合同也是1年1年的租款。
如果客户按照第二种方案来租1年 是12个月+赠送4个月 那如果他第二年不续租，而我是要向一手房东租2年 那后续6个月就亏了除非能快速找到下一个租客
2，我觉得第一种方案 半年付和年付的成交量会多于1个月付的毕竟我那个比第二个方案要贵1个月的，但是第二个月的方案虽然16个月下来平均的要低一些，但是他时长16个月有些人不希望这么长时间 人家想1年12个月换一个地方。
