摘要：去年过年的时候 我卡莫名其妙的被封了，强制停机，没有一点通知 因为是外地卡。我回老家了，然后又是过年，所有的网络的东西都绑定在卡上。你知道当时我有多么的弱小无助吗？

然后我打电话给客服。客服告诉我说什么反恐，我卡不是他们限制的，当地公an还是啥限制的，她也没有办法，这个必须要拿身份证去本地营业厅。
关键这会儿**过年了 大家都在往回赶，我去了之后还能买到票回来么？

我特意问了，能不能线上办理！我提供资料！她说不行！没有入口，必须要本人带着证件去营业厅。

然后半个月前，飞去了长沙，花了我一千多，就为了这个卡。拍照了 保证书也写了，让我回来等，一个星期就可以，结果半个月了，一点没有好转的现象！
