摘要：事情是这样的，自己建了一个静态网站之前弄过https，后来删除了，但是宝塔貌似出了错误，每次访问的时候被重定向到带https的网址（貌似是用的别的网站的SSL证书）结果就打不开了。

起初是寻思自己浏览器缓存的缘故，结果重新安装浏览器、换浏览器、甚至是用手机访问，都是被指定到错误或者风险等。

后来干脆在服务器中删除重建，还是不行，造孽啊！

但是如果挂上梯子访问却能正常！

我的电脑用的阿里云的公共解析DNS 223.5.5.5和223.6.6.6，请问大佬，有没有可能是这个公共DNS的缘故？是不是因为出错用了别的网站的SSL证书而误把我定义为风险网站加到黑名单了？
