标题：域名好像被墙了，能ping通，无法打开，同ip其他站可以访问

摘要：折腾了一天，装了aapanel，绑上域名，能正常解析到hk ip，但是打不开网页，
直接输入ip地址可以打开，后来绑上其他域名，可以正常访问，
去boce测了一下，说域名被墙，有什么解决办法吗？
用了10来年的域名了，一直正常，没有违法或不良信息，
就是把自然流量做了个页面跳转做国内的正规的cps广告，
前几个月vps坏了，因为它流量很少，收入也很少，我懒得弄就没管它，
今天弄了个新vps，解析到新ip，才发现域名被墙了，挂代理才能打开，
我看网上说可以北岸，然后用国内服务器有可能解决。
如果不想北岸呢，有什么低成本解决办法吗？
每月几十块之内能解决最好，谢谢
