But not every day goes according to plan.

The work was waiting.

• Total supply: 500,000,000 HOR.
• 0% buy, sell and transfer tax.
• Mint and freeze authorities will be revoked as part of the final launch setup.
• The project will use a clear, publicly verifiable wallet and token distribution structure.
• HORCAT will contribute its own base liquidity at launch.
• Funds raised through the presale that are allocated to liquidity will be added on top of the project’s launch liquidity.
• Official project-controlled liquidity and its lock status will be disclosed publicly with proof.
• Any liquidity added later by unrelated third parties is outside HORCAT’s control and will be clearly distinguished from official project liquidity.
